Why You Should Live at Lourdes
We’re proud to call Sylvania, Ohio our home. We think you will be, too. Here are four great reasons to live on-campus while you earn your Direct Entry MSN (DEMSN) with us:
Enjoy the Great Outdoors
We’re just 15 minutes from Toledo, Ohio, where you can gain access to the city’s 19 Metroparks. This world-class network of 12,000+ acres and 200+ miles of trails makes it possible for you to hike, bike, run, kayak, or just sit and watch the world go by when you’ve got an afternoon free.
Access Sports, Culture, Shopping, and More
The Toledo area is also home to entertainment and cultural options ranging from taking in Van Gogh at the Toledo Museum of Art to tackling some of the world’s biggest, fastest roller coasters at Cedar Point. You can also support local professional sports teams, including the Toledo Mud Hens.
A Gateway to the Great Lakes Region
Want to catch an NFL game, or see your favorite music acts on tour? We’re an hour from Detroit and two hours from Cleveland. We’re also close to other attractions along the banks of Lake Erie, including the beaches at Maumee Bay State Park.
A Friendly Campus Living Environment
Wake up in apartment-style suites that include amenities such as wi-fi and air conditioning. Take a fitness class at the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center, review your notes while you do your laundry, or meet friends at the Grille Dining Hall for lunch. It’s all right here at Lourdes.
Explore the Area: We’ve given you our favorite places in the area, but maybe you’ll find even more! Our student housing is located at 6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania, Ohio. Check out the Google map and explore the area today.
